Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and strategy-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, trend analysis, and platform algorithms. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media.

    Role Overview

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
    • Plan and manage content calendars for multiple platforms
    • Create engaging posts, captions, reels concepts, and campaign ideas
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
    • Analyze performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions
    • Optimize content strategy based on performance insights and platform trends
    • Collaborate with design and video teams for high-quality creatives
    • Plan and execute organic growth strategies
    • Support paid social media campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team
    • Stay updated with latest trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates
    • Conduct competitor analysis and identify content opportunities
    • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
    • Experience in content creation and copywriting
    • Understanding of social media analytics and insights
    • Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns (added advantage)
    • Creative thinking with strong storytelling ability
    • Good communication and brand voice consistency
    • Time management and ability to manage multiple accounts

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1–4 years of experience in social media marketing
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • Experience handling B2B or B2C brand accounts
    • Knowledge of design tools like Canva or collaboration with creative tools

This role is ideal for someone who can actively manage leads using WhatsApp API tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms to convert prospects into clients.

    Looking for a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, communicate with prospects using WhatsApp, CRM software, calls, emails, and social media, and convert leads into customers. You must be confident in communication, organized in managing data, and comfortable working with digital sales tools.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research the market to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Generate leads through Google, Emails, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and weekly/monthly forecast and sales reports.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • Experience or strong familiarity with CRM software is mandatory.
    • Good communication skills (spoken and written).
    • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
