Job Description:
ProPlus Logics is looking for a highly creative and hands-on Creative Head who can lead our visual content strategy while actively participating in on-ground execution. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video shooting, camera handling, content creation, and social media management, and should be comfortable visiting client locations to capture engaging content.

Detailed Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

* Lead the creative direction and branding across all digital platforms
* Conceptualize innovative content ideas aligned with client and company goals
* Guide and mentor the creative team (designers, editors, content creators)
* Content Creation & Execution
* Handle professional cameras and equipment for photo and video shoots
* Shoot high-quality videos and photos at client locations and company events
* Oversee and assist in video editing, reels, shorts, and promotional content
* Ensure brand consistency in all visual outputs
* Client & Field Work
* Visit client locations for content planning and shoots
* Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions
* Manage end-to-end execution of creative projects
* Social Media Management
* Plan, create, and upload content on Instagram and other social media platforms
* Monitor trends, reels formats, and platform updates
* Maintain and optimize social media apps and tools
* Analyze performance metrics and improve engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Creative Head / Creative Lead / Senior Content Creator
* Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, framing, and videography
* Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
* Strong understanding of Instagram content, reels, and social media algorithms
* Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills
* Willingness to travel to client locations
* Leadership and team management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in an agency or digital marketing environment
* Knowledge of motion graphics and animations
* Photography and color grading skills
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

Detailed Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services offered by ProPlus Logics.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate business deals.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience or strong interest in sales and business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT / Digital Marketing / Software Services sales.
• Knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes.
